This is an excellent company to do business with. The staff is very professional. They went out of their way to get me just the right tire I needed. They had me in and out in a short time and the price was excellent.

Have been going to Longview Tire for years. The transition from the original owners to the new owners has been seamless and has brought some new personnel which have been a very nice bonus. The front people are always very personable and do their best for the customers.

Update: I am now completely satisfied with Longview Tire and Auto. After speaking with Roy, the owner, and realizing there were a few miscommunications as to the scope of work that needed to be done, and what actually got done, he reconciled the mistake by personally working on my truck. He conveyed to me, just by his actions and our conversation, that he does genuinely care about a job well done and satisfied customers. Thank you Roy. You probably aren't going to get what you paid for. We paid for a full front end rebuild and was reassured many times that everything was going to be replaced. Got the truck back $2900.00 later and realized they left the old tie rods inner and outer on both sides, bushings were old and cracked, yet I had I new cv axle that they swore I needed. Less than a month later I brought it back in due to noise and brakes squeaking they told me then that I had 2 bad tie rods. I debated why they didnt replace them on the rebuild. And ended up still paying for a new one for them to install one. Left there with squeaky brakes and decided I will not go back. When I brought my truck to another shop I had my brakes fully re done for less than half of what they quoted me. But before they could work on my truck I had to return to Longview auto and tires to get my lug key that one of their mechanics had in his box. Also the shop that did my brakes would not put my lug covers back on because they found they were broken from being tightened the last times my tires were off. The last place that took my tires off was Longview auto and tires. Very very disappointed.

Extremely friendly, they go out of their way to inform and educate you on the necessary repairs, what you can do to prevent further issues, etc. You very much know what the problem is, why it happened, and where your money is going. Very transparent and I cannot express how much it's appreciated. Just moved here from out of state and I'm happy to say I've found my mechanic!

Longview Auto & Tire goes above and beyond! We came in on a Saturday with what we thought was a transmission issue. We had plans to leave the next morning on vacation. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The mechanic who looked at our truck found the issue quickly and gave upfront, honest recommendations about what we needed to do. This is a good tire store. My family bought tires here for years. Longview Tire is one of the few tire stores that will sell tires on credit, which was much appreciated when I needed this. The reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that my favorite alignment guy Ron changed from Longview Tire to another tire store a while back, and I go wherever Ron goes. However, Longview Tire is still a great tire store and the owner and employees are good people. I recommend Longview Tire.
