The vehicle we had just purchased came with brand new tires. Well, 2 got flat about a week after we bought the vehicle, I wanted the tires to match, so I purchased them online. Finding a tire shop that would mount customer supplied tires seemed to be more difficult than I thought. I called Longview tire, and Robbie said absolutely they could mount them up. They were super busy, but still managed to get the tires mounted and my wife back on the road. I appreciate there willingness to help people!

I had done business with, and was even a brief employee of the Whites, (the previous owner), at LV Tire since 1980. I expected changes when the Bymans bought the business and I haven’t tried them out until recently. WOW is all I can say!! What a transformation of that place, I was given a tour and was amazed at how organized and neat everything was. The best news is they have the same hometown feel and it reflects in their service. They went above and beyond for me and held my broken vehicle for me waiting for a home sale to close before I could afford the cost of repairs. The transmission was replaced and now works like new. The front desk guys are thorough, friendly, and professional. I appreciate their investment in our community and for continuing to provide excellent service.

The service the did a complete check of my vehicle and found a problem that could have give me a terrible trip back to Georgia. They found that I needed new axles on the front of my vehicle. Wonderful and polite service writers.
