I took a SmartCar in for a leaking coolant hose and oil change. Mike got my car checked in quickly even though the online system for making appointments doesn't quite work yet and they weren't expecting me. Took only a few days to find the part needed and install. Not only was the experience overall great, but I had limited out my debit card on the day I picked up my vehicle, due to spending my daily limit on payments for bills. Mike was kind enough to allow me to share my card and ID details so he can just run the payment the next day, and handed me my keys! This is above and beyond what anyone should expect from a shop, and I really appreciate this crew and especially Mike for their kindness and professional work. Thank you gents!

This team is the absolute best! Always call and tell me what's going on with my car, what's working and what needs repaired, what the cost will be and how long it will take. I never have to wonder what's happening they always communicate with me!! The price is always spot on or less than the quote. I always get a call after my service to see how things are going with the repairs that were done. I get to speak with actual real people not a message machine and this company is genuinely concerned about my safety and how I feel about my experience at their business.
