Great experience with Longview Auto and Tire. They got my car in quickly, dealt with the extended warranty for me to find out what would be covered, and were responsive to calls with questions.

I appreciate the personal/friendly service at Longview Tire. Because I felt they were honest and practical in their service, I’ve used them even for oil changed. I was a bit sticker shocked yesterday when what used to cost around $40 was now $80. When I commented on that I was told that the price of oil had gone up. Comparing the itemized billing to previous, however, I found that the oil had gone up as they said but only marginally. They charged $40 for labor when it had been $20, and $6 to rotate the tires when there had previously been no charge. I don’t feel $80 to change oil and filter is right. At that price I may have to just do it myself as I’ve done prior.
