It is my opinion that mechanics will put the screws to ya every chance they get. And if you're a woman... Oh boy! I also, firmly believe in NOT giving a perfect score of 5 because only God is perfect... HOWEVER it seems I've been schooled & giving them anything else but the best score would be cheating them.  Quick to be able to get my car in, quoted me $250 less than another shop. Friendly. Communicative. And they did fabulous work! This is my new go to for all things automotive. No wonder they've been in business so long and are beloved by Google critics. Brought my truck in for a break/tire issue. At first they weren't able to identify the noise so they called Ford to ask what it could be. Ford gave them 2 options, they supposedly tested both possibilities, and supposedly they found the issue so they consulted with me first and of course since they are a professional shop I trusted in their word. After getting the call that it was ready I went to pay and pick up my truck, after paying nearly $1,000 I left with my truck and felt and heard the same issue that I took it in for. I dropped it back off to them so they could take another look at it and it sat for 2 days untouched. I also hadn't received any courtesy calls to let me know my truck was just siitting. Do not come here they tried to scam me out of 5k-14k$

This place was the worst place that I took my car in to be looked at!!! I went in to have my o2 sensor looked at and my mass airflow sensor looked at and they told me that my whole engine needed to be replaced. They did however tell me there was to much oil which I was greatful for but they also told me it will cost me 5-14k to replace the engine completely.
