They were GREAT to work with! My a/c issues were tricky, but they stuck with it until they had the ENTIRE issue taken care of. They even went so far as to have a new compressor unit overnighted from San Francisco in order to get it finished and back to me asap--and didn't charge me the extra $286 it cost in shipping to get it here that quickly. They definitely have my business from now on!

I got a new set of tires & supposedly they were balanced but as soon as I drove off the tire pressure sensor turned on. I checked the pressure on my tires & all of them were low so how were they balanced?

My serpentine belt flew off and I drove into Longview Tire just as my power steering went out. They got me in immediately, explained the problem and fixed the car quickly while I waited. It was done faster than expected and cost less than expected. I had a great experience there as the staff was friendly and professional. I was even offered chocolate as I waited- how sweet is that?? I highly recommend Longview Tire!
