I had a rear brake issue on my car that happened suddenly. I took my car to them early on a Monday morning, without a pre-scheduled appointment. They took my car in, told me what happened; they ordered and received the parts needed and completely rebuilt the rear braking system for me the same day. I had my car back by 4:00 p.m. Matt, one if their employees, found a discount for me and was able to save me money as well. I received a call from them on Tuesday to follow up on their job, to make sure the brakes were working good, and that I was satisfied with their work. I was treated with courtesy by all involved, as well as provided with a ride to and from their shop. Getting this job done timely was very much appreciated as I have a road trip planned for Thursday and needed to have my car repaired. I am very grateful for all their attention and hard work to make sure I did not have to postpone my trip. Thank you everyone at Longview Tire.
