Longview Auto & Tire

Bill said all of the guy's were very nice and helpful, and he will continue to bring his vehicle in.

I've always been a fan of longview auto and tire, when I pulled in the other day and seen that they had changed hands I had to admit that I was disappointed, but if first impressions are worth anything the new longview tire is only better. I do a lot of the maintenance on my vehicle's but as soon as I run into something I can't handle I'm headed longview anuto and tire.

Wonderful customer service. I was always kept in the loop on the status of my vehicle being repaired. From cost of parts to time of delivery of parts and a good estimate of the final bill. Communication in this business is important.

I have a lot of connections in the tire industry... but Robby was amazing, informative and very quick with great customer service... his guys in shop were all great... they listened to my concerns, dug in to find the noise... put it on a rack and took everything worry I had away... when my car gets fixed or when people ask I'm gonna send them to Longview tire above their competitors that have gotten to complacent with their customer service... thank you all and God bless.... 5 stars for sure

They're pretty good.

I was visiting from AZ, and my car was showing some signs of shifting abnormal. I was able to get in and get it checked and have a transmission flush completed to ensure I could have a worry free drive back to AZ! I would highly recommend anyone to your shop!
