I have been going to Longview Tire since 2002. Always friendly, informative, and respectful. One stop shop. Prices are fair and the people know what they are doing.

This is a retailer that should be in business a long time. Three weeks ago I took a small tractor tire in to be fixed. Longview Auto and Tire fixed it by replacing the tube for $30.74 and over the next three weeks it had a very slow leak in it around the valve. I took the tire back in today and it appears that they upgraded the valve and installed a new tube. I was surprised that I was charged an additional $39.09. I was disappointed that I paid twice to fix the same tire, but when I pointed this out to them, they were very apologetic and said it was an oversite. They quickly addressed the issue and refunded the error on the first tire fix. I believe it was a honest error and was quickly corrected. They have a loyal customer for all my tire needs going forward by the way I was treated. This is a good example of true customer service.

As usual LVT came through. Installed steering linkage which fixed a rattle in steering column, BUT, steering wheel was not lined up correctly on my drive home! Called them and they said to bring it right in. Threw it on a alignment machine and I was out the door in less than a half hour...two thumbs up

I was so pleased with my service! They were polite, punctual, and wonderful prices for the work they provided for me! I needed the work done before the weekend and they were incredible and fit me in to meet my needs! I will return!
