Service was great!!! I was late to my appointment. When I arrived they greeted me professionally and called when the job was done. No surprises! No up selling! Just took care of the car and let me know they would be happy to help in the future.

They went above and beyond to fix an underlying issue with my vehicle. I had heard that about longview auto and tire which is why I brought my car there. I will be back!

Best shop in the area that I've been to including Ford and Chevy, I won't go back there... I feel lucky I found them. They made my life easier. I wont go to any other shop. A great bunch of guys and do great work.

Amazing customer service! After breaking down on I-5 I was fortunate to be referred to this shop. My telephone calls were taken and returned and the time and cost were exactly as stated. I am so impressed with the personal interactions and the technical competence that I would consider driving 60 miles to come back for service. They even went the extra mile and delivered the car to my hotel and helped me reattach the U-Haul. As a 68-year-old female I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were.
